Our survey only takes about 4 - 8 minutes to complete and is designed to pass 80% - 90% of employees.  This translates to an "employee friendly" experience.

Automated Telephone Survey

 

Our automated telephone survey is fast and easy.  Unlike web-based applications that require a computer, internet or smartphone, the ONLY thing callers need is a dial tone (and everybody has one of those!).  The survey is designed to "pass" 80% - 90% of employees within 4 - 8 minutes.  The scripts as well as the voice talent can be easily changed to meet each client's exact needs.

 

The survey is comprised of the following sections:

 

1. Welcome

2. Instructions

3. Registration 

4. Dependent Verfication Survey

5. Working Spouse Survey (optional)

7. Confirmation

8. Call-to-action

 

During the "Welcome" section employees receive a "thank you for calling the (insert employer name) eligibility verification hotline."  The "Instructions" section tells callers what to expect and which keypad buttons to push. Callers enter their respective survey code and speak their name (this leaves a voice print).  

 

During the "Dependent Verification Survey" employees are asked to confirm the eligibility of each enrolled dependent. Employees are also asked questions such as "if requested, could you provide a redacted copy of your 2014 1040?"  

 

During the "Working Spouse Survey" employees are asked a few questions regarding their spouse and their respective working status.  Employees are asked questions, such as "Does your spouse have other insurance available?"  Other pertinent questions are also asked.

 

Towards the end of the survey employees are asked to confirm their information.   Callers then receive a call-to-action which is either  a "pass" or a "need to send in additional information" message.  Each caller must also indicate how (e.g. email, fax, "snail mail") they will be sending us additional supporting documentation. We then manage employee follow-ups to ensure employees comply with our process.

 

Client reporting is also fast and easy because every key stroke is captured through our technology.  This raw data is then exported into our reporting environment to provide on-going status reports.
