Our survey only takes about 4 - 8 minutes to complete and is designed to pass 80% - 90% of employees.  This translates to an "employee friendly" experience.

Audit Announcement

 

Everybody knows an integral part of any successful employee-facing project is good communications.  To that end, our process includes sending an announcement letter to each employee enrolled with one or more dependents apprising them of the upcoming dependent audit.  

 

The Announcement, which is generally signed by a member of the c-suite includes a short explanation of the audit and introduces HR Best Practices as the audit vendor.  The Announcement is usually sent in a co-branded envelope to each employee's home shortly before the audit starts.  It is important to note all communications are available in English and Spanish.

 

Project posters are also provided as part of the communications package.  Posters should be put up in common areas, such as break rooms and/or locker rooms.
